Playgroup Time Again!

Many of the big kids are back in school, so it's time for the Mamas and Wee Ones to reclaim the parks! Come on out for the 1st Tuesday of the month La Leche League playgroup at Parkovash Park between 10 and noon next Tuesday. I hope you'll join us for some informal chat time for Mamas and play time for kiddos. No baby is too young for a mama to benefit from a playgroup!

Nursing Rooms at Shedd Aquarium

After some renovations at Shedd Aquarium they now offers a nursing room. Until recently the nursing room was designated on the maps and at the door with a logo of a bottle. One of our local mothers was one of many who contacted the directors of the aquarium and happily they are in the process of changing the bottle logos to the international breastfeeding logo: Shedd Aquarium is located in Chicago and has regular free community days.
