Outdoor Playgroup!!

We're back outside! And what better way to celebrate the recent lactivist successes in our community, then to take to the park?


We'll be at Parkovash Park (http://sbpark.org/parks/parkovash-park/) between 10 and noon next Tuesday, May 7. Join your fellow Mamas for some informal chat time and play time for kiddos. No baby is too young for a mama to benefit from a playgroup! (Even the ones still safely inutero!)

Nursing Rooms at Shedd Aquarium

After some renovations at Shedd Aquarium they now offers a nursing room. Until recently the nursing room was designated on the maps and at the door with a logo of a bottle. One of our local mothers was one of many who contacted the directors of the aquarium and happily they are in the process of changing the bottle logos to the international breastfeeding logo: Shedd Aquarium is located in Chicago and has regular free community days.
