Yes, we're still stuck inside hiding from the cold, fortunately, Tuesday mornings give great opportunities to get out and socialize with other mamas! 

 Our monthly playgroup is next week at 10:15 at the downtown library. It opens at 10 if you'd like to to pop upstairs to borrow books and toys before heading down to the Humphrey's Room where our host Olivia and other LLL mamas and babes will be gathering. Those of you with tiny babies or those still in utero, please know that this playgroup is for you too! Support from other mothers is what we're all about:)

Nursing Rooms at Shedd Aquarium

After some renovations at Shedd Aquarium they now offers a nursing room. Until recently the nursing room was designated on the maps and at the door with a logo of a bottle. One of our local mothers was one of many who contacted the directors of the aquarium and happily they are in the process of changing the bottle logos to the international breastfeeding logo: Shedd Aquarium is located in Chicago and has regular free community days.
