LLL Playgroup + Screening!

Assuming this rain won't last forever, our final outdoor playgroup of the season will be this coming Tuesday at Parkovash Park! Come on out and join us--no baby is too young for a mama to benefit from a playgroup! (Even the ones still in utero!) Jessica and little Juniper will be on hand to welcome you.

 Next month we will kick off the indoor season with a special free screening of The Milky Way, a fabulously inspiring film about breastfeeding in America. Feel free to bring children and friends--we'll bring snacks :)  http://milkywayfoundation.org

Nursing Rooms at Shedd Aquarium

After some renovations at Shedd Aquarium they now offers a nursing room. Until recently the nursing room was designated on the maps and at the door with a logo of a bottle. One of our local mothers was one of many who contacted the directors of the aquarium and happily they are in the process of changing the bottle logos to the international breastfeeding logo: Shedd Aquarium is located in Chicago and has regular free community days.
