Join us Tuesday, August 14 at 7 pm, Tutt Branch library to talk about making it all work. Perhaps you are about to return to work outside the home and need some tips on how to make the transition. Perhaps you are already at work and can share your tips and tricks of how to fit everything into the day. If you are a stay at home mom, how to you make it work?  How do you keep from feeling isolated at home? Come and share your questions and expertise.  Also don't forget about the Live, Love, Latch Picnic on Saturday, August 18 from 11-1, with our photo fundraiser at the picnic.

Nursing Rooms at Shedd Aquarium

After some renovations at Shedd Aquarium they now offers a nursing room. Until recently the nursing room was designated on the maps and at the door with a logo of a bottle. One of our local mothers was one of many who contacted the directors of the aquarium and happily they are in the process of changing the bottle logos to the international breastfeeding logo: Shedd Aquarium is located in Chicago and has regular free community days.
