LLL Evening Mtg, Tricks and Treats

IMG_0943.JPG Join us Tuesday, October 9 at 7 pm at the Tutt Branch library to discuss your favorite breastfeeding tricks and treats.  What breastfeeding or parenting wisdom would you like to share with others? What are some of your favorite "treats" or things you enjoy most about brestfeeding? Bring along any ther questions you have. Expectant mother and babies are welcome.

Nursing Rooms at Shedd Aquarium

After some renovations at Shedd Aquarium they now offers a nursing room. Until recently the nursing room was designated on the maps and at the door with a logo of a bottle. One of our local mothers was one of many who contacted the directors of the aquarium and happily they are in the process of changing the bottle logos to the international breastfeeding logo: Shedd Aquarium is located in Chicago and has regular free community days.
