LLL Evening Mtg, Working and Breastfeeding / Dealing with holiday travel

We are going to cover two topics this week at our meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 7 pm at the Tutt Branch. For those of you who are back to work, can you share with others how you prepared for this.  How do you find enough hours in the work day for pumping?  With holidays on the horizon, how do you deal with the added activities and travel, perhaps dealing with relatives who are not as supportive of breastfeeding?  Expectant parents and babies all welcome.

Nursing Rooms at Shedd Aquarium

After some renovations at Shedd Aquarium they now offers a nursing room. Until recently the nursing room was designated on the maps and at the door with a logo of a bottle. One of our local mothers was one of many who contacted the directors of the aquarium and happily they are in the process of changing the bottle logos to the international breastfeeding logo: Shedd Aquarium is located in Chicago and has regular free community days.
